Fine silver (.999 FS) heart pendant with family names and Swarovski element birthstone beads. You can purchase the pendant by itself or with a sterling silver rope chain.
Each piece is individually shaped, carved and hand stamped. You can put any names up to 30 characters (including spaces) on the pendant.
